A lot of people believe menopause is a one-way ticket to weak, fragile bones.

But that’s flat-out wrong.

In fact, new research shows you can actually increase your bone density during menopause, sometimes significantly, if you know exactly what to do.

But sadly, many women don’t!

And that’s likely why 1 in 2 post-menopausal women will develop osteoporosis in their lifetime.

But you don’t have to be one of them.

In this brand-new video, we’re breaking down the 5 science-backed habits that help women increase bone density during menopause.

Click below to watch the full video now. Watch closely to find a hidden exclusive offer.

In this exclusive video, you’ll discover:

  • The one exercise that flips your “bone-building switch.” (Hint: it’s so simple you’ll wonder why the treadmill crowd never talks about it.)
  • The nutrition mistake almost every woman makes after 45. Scientists have known for years you need far more of this nutrient than you’ve ever been told.
  • The calcium trap even good doctors fall into. Once you see the shockingly obvious flaw in conventional calcium advice, you’ll understand why so many women lose bone while taking it faithfully.
  • The two everyday habits that sabotage your bone health. Do the first one often enough… and you’re setting yourself up for the kind of trouble that won’t show up until it’s too late.
  • The sleep mistake that makes you up to 7x more likely to develop osteoporosis. And why adding this one simple nutrient to your evening routine can help you sleep through the night, and sail through menopause with far less misery.
  • The real reason most women don’t discover bone loss until after a fracture. (It’s not genetics… it’s not age… it’s a blind spot in modern medicine — and the fix costs less than £100.)

These aren’t fads. They’re real, clinically validated insights. The kind that can dramatically change your bone health if you act on them today.

Does AgaeCal provide the recommended dose of magnesium and vitamin D or do we need more than that? I already take algaecal plus. Is the strontium recommended as well? Thanks!

    Great question, Carrie! 🙂

AlgaeCal Plus provides 350 mg of magnesium and 1600 IU (40 mcg) of vitamin D3 in the full daily dose of 4 capsules. While this is adequate for bone health, some people need additional to maintain ideal levels for full-body health.

For magnesium, our Bone Health Expert, Lara Pizzorno, suggests aiming for a 2:1 calcium-to-magnesium ratio. If you’re getting about 1200 mg of calcium per day from your diet plus AlgaeCal Plus, then around 600 mg of magnesium through diet / supplementation total would be ideal.

Vitamin D3 requirements vary greatly from person to person. The best way to know how much you need is to have a blood test done. You can learn more HERE.

As for Strontium Boost, if your goal is to increase bone density, we do recommend taking it alongside AlgaeCal Plus. In our human clinical studies, taking both together nearly tripled the rate of bone building compared to taking AlgaeCal alone! 🙂

I hope this helps, Carrie. If you’d like more personalized guidance, feel free to give us a call at 1-800-820-0184 (US & Canada Toll-free) — we’d be happy to help!

Thank you for your comment, Christine! 🙂 Hormone therapy is definitely one of the factors that can impact bone health, especially during menopause.

Along with the tips we shared in the video, hormone therapy can be helpful for some women. It’s always best to have a conversation with your healthcare provider to determine what’s right for your individual needs.
