Your Bone Density Is “A Little Low.” Now What?

Updated: July 22, 2026

stronger bones

Here are the 3 things that decide whether your bones keep getting weaker… or start getting stronger.

If your doctor told you your bone density is “a little low”…

But nothing to worry about…

You need to hear this.

Because “a little low” doesn’t mean everything is fine.

It may mean something has shifted inside your bones…

And if you don’t know why it’s happening, you can spend years doing nothing… while your bones keep getting weaker.

In this eye-opening video, we reveal how bone remodeling really works. And the 3 biggest things that decide whether your bones keep getting weaker or start getting stronger.

Click below to watch now. Watch closely to find a hidden exclusive offer.

In this exclusive video, you’ll discover:

  • The “calcium trap” that keeps smart women taking the obvious nutrient… while missing what their bones may actually need to rebuild.
  • How 172 women increased bone density for 7 years straight… and what their results reveal about rebuilding bone after 60.*‡
  • The tiny “microphones” hidden inside your bones that listen every time you move.
  • The exercise mistake that can cost your bones dearly after menopause… even if your diet is perfect.
  • Why doing everything right during the day may still fail if your bones don’t get this one thing at night.
  • The question to ask after a DEXA scan before you accept “a little low” as nothing to worry about.
  • The “7 pounds of sauerkraut” problem… and what it reveals about the calcium in your bones.
  • And much more…

Watch the full video now to see what’s really happening inside your bones… and how to help keep them strong, supported, and ready for the life you still want to live.

Results consistent with clinical trials.

What are you doing when you’re taking antacid 40 mg once a day how do I gain that bonus?

  10. Yoori AlgaeCal

    July 27, 2026 , 6:52 pm

Thank you for your question, Barbara!

If you’re asking about taking AlgaeCal while on antacid, we recommend taking AlgaeCal at least 4 hours away (and longer if possible) from this type of medication for the best absorption. This is because this type of medication (antacids) reduces stomach acid, which is needed to absorb the vitamins and minerals in AlgaeCal. Of course, we also recommend checking with your doctor or pharmacist, as they can provide guidance based on your individual health needs.

I hope this helps! Please don’t hesitate to call our Bone Health Consultants at 1-800-820-0184 (USA & Canada toll-free) or email us at [email protected] if you have more questions, or need help building a schedule that fits your lifestyle! ⏰

I wake up (to use the bathroom, with leg cramps, or with burning sensation/discomfort in feet + calves + hands) anywhere from 6 to a dozen times a night. I have osteoporosis and am using your products (algaecal and strontium).

My doctor said to stop taking strontium because it only shows a false positive score on the Dexa scan.

  14. Yoori AlgaeCal

    July 27, 2026 , 6:16 pm

Thank you for sharing your concern, Cheryl! Strontium does weigh more than calcium, and its mass does impact DEXA readings…but only by a very small amount. The possible overestimation is not great enough to discount DEXA results showing improvements in bone mineral density.

Furthermore, strontium has been shown to reduce fracture risk independent of bone density! 🙌🏻 To review the latest research on this, visit our blog HERE.

I usually get 7 to 8 hours a night, however I do get up several times to go to the bathroom. I am blessed that I do go right back to sleep, but is this hurting my bones? I also lift weights, ride a stationary bike, walk on a treadmill, and have a vibration plate. I go up and down the steps in my house probably 10 times a day.

  25. Yoori AlgaeCal

    July 27, 2026 , 6:59 pm

Thanks for sharing, Sandy! It sounds like you’re doing a wonderful job supporting your bone health with regular weight-bearing exercise and strength training.

While uninterrupted sleep is ideal, it’s encouraging that you’re able to fall back asleep quickly after waking. If you’re concerned about how often you’re getting up during the night, it’s worth mentioning it to your healthcare provider so they can help determine if there’s an underlying cause.

You may also want to consider Magnesium Relax. It contains a highly absorbable blend of magnesium (bisglycinate, malate, and citrate), along with clinically studied Sensoril® Ashwagandha, to help promote relaxation and support a more restful night’s sleep.

Great video. How do I get the correct amounts of electrolytes

  30. Yoori AlgaeCal

    July 27, 2026 , 7:08 pm

    Thanks for your question, Kay!

A balanced diet is usually the best place to start, as many people can get the electrolytes they need from foods and fluids. If you think you may be low in certain electrolytes or have symptoms that concern you, it’s a good idea to speak with your healthcare provider, who can recommend testing or personalized guidance.

The most surprising thing was the lack of sleep. I’ve been taking algae cal for years now each year which my numbers do go . It’s the lack of sleep, when I go to bed my head start “ thinking” I have got bottles of magnesium relax, dry wine etc.
I just need to quit thinking. That’s hard. I don’t know how to turn it off and relax. I’ll keep trying. I’m getting another DEXA scan in February. This month I’ve started taking hard stomp down the stairs on my heels. Last time the doctor was pushing very hard for me to take her descriptions down my throat. I said no so she sent me to a specialist. He was like dealing with the devil. To ended the meeting, I I said if my numbers don’t go up, I’ll take whatever you’re shoving. We both know that’s not going to happen because my bones are regenerating just not as fast as I want them too. I’ve added some ankles weights as I go stomping the stairs hard! Now I need to sleep better.
