After many months of planning, we announced the formation of AlgaeCal’s Scientific Advisory Board in December— to the delight of Jan Donop and many other readers. Our board includes the bone-health industry’s leading researchers, doctors, authors, and innovators.

What is Bone Breathing? (+2 guided exercises)
At AlgaeCal, we love sharing exercises to help you improve your bone health.
So, this year our fitness lead Cat created two short, guided breathing exercises to help you reduce stress and protect your bones. These exercises are based on the ancient Taoist technique of “bone breathing” and only take 2-minutes a day.

Doris’ Inspirational Bone Health Journey
Every single video message we receive from folks on their bone-health journeys with AlgaeCal warms my heart to no end.
But there was one in particular that really inspired and encouraged AlgaeCal readers. It was the uplifting story of Doris Fundora.
In 2016, her doctor told her she had severe bone loss. But Doris was determined not to give up her active lifestyle.
