    Excellent interview!!!
    For someone like me, my GI health will not allow me to tolerate “oils” “dairy” “fats” “sugars” “sugar substitutes” “sorbitol” “cellulose” “fructose” most ose’s. I’m unable to take “gel” caps, capsules, or pills as I can’t tolerate sugars which most all pills have sugar binders. I get diarrhea and extreme gut pain which ends in hospitalization. I’m also unable to eat “oily fishes (SMASH), and can’t take AlgaeCals Omega-3 product as I’d have the same reaction.

    For people like me what are my alternatives to get Omega-3s?

    Dr. Harris mentioned algae as a good source for Omega 3/6. I have consuming a blue green algae supplement every day for about 30 years! I would be so interested in getting my blood tested. How do we get this testing kit?

    I found his lecture for omega 3 confusing. He never made clear what we should take or not take. So was he saying that omega 3 is what we should take or is omega 6 better. Should we be taking a separate omega 3 pill. I see it is not in AlgeCal label???/

    A very good interview but I’m disappointed in the ‘click bait’ tactics you’re using lately. For example, shown above: “The surprising reason why you should never order shrimp cocktail. Most people don’t know this.” — it’s alarmist and untrue. In the interview he said there’s nothing wrong with it; it’s a fine food, but it doesn’t contain Omega 3s. Please stick to the facts.

    “If you take a medicine that prevents blood clots, called a blood thinner, do not take fish oil without talking to your doctor first. Taking fish oil at the same time as blood thinners may cause problems with bleeding. Talk with your doctor first if you want to take more than 2 grams a day of a fish oil supplement.” and drs tend to always just say do not take supplements. most good things seem to also be blood thinners. we sneak a little in especially due to taking things with omega 6 (many people dont know about balancing them at all) but when people hear this warening and are on blood thinners, they avoid omega 3 and other blood thinners. and “over eight million Americans are on blood thinner medications, with usage rates increasing significantly among older adults and those with conditions like atrial fibrillation”. but you sent this out to person on blood thinners also.
