    I eat an avocado(raw) everyday, incorporated in a salad or just as a snack.
    It’s always a good reminder to see the nutritional value. Thanks.

    Pour balsamic vinegar into the empty pit area and serve as is! So simple and delicious!

    I try to eat an avocado every day in my salad or on a sandwich. Wish I’d tried them years ago!

    I love avocados I eat a half of one every day and just sprinkle a little salt and some lime or lemon juice on it. I eat it right in the skin- it make a perfect natural bowl!!

    I also love avocado(sliced or mashed with salt & Lime juice) in place of cream cheese on a bagel with lox or on toasted multi-grain bread with some alfalfa or watercress. Uhmm!

    I use mashed avocado in place of mayonnaise when making chicken or tuna salad.

    Hi Jenna,
    Avacados are a true gem. I love them in my smoothies and I tried them in my Belgian chocolate truffles and what a success they were. I love your recipe for baking the eggs in them. They have always been a part of my salads together with baked walnuts, etc.

    Sure, that should work! I’m not sure how long you’ll want to microwave it for so I’d suggest checking on the egg in 30-second intervals.

    We eat them plain as is halved in skin, in salads, mashed for sandwich with goat cheese & sliced sweet onion on nice organic bread, also mashed with garlic powder, minced onion, lime juice, cumin, cayenne pepper, tiny bit of salt….with organic taco chips…yum!

    I went to the Avocado Festival in Santa Barbara Cal. The one vendor was serving chunks of avocado with tomato chunks and shrimps, squirt some lemon over this a little salt and pepper. If you like you can add some hot sauce too.
    Thank you for the avocado egg bake. It sounds yummy and I would have never thought to do such a thing.

    Yes, I this month i am using the Algae Cal Plus and strontium boost. All the receipe ideas are outstanding! I am eating several of the foods on the list such as kale, collard green, avocadoes, fish, shimp, etc. I need my bone density to improve quickly.
