Betty Goedhart is the world’s oldest performing trapeze artist at 88-years-old.

And the most amazing part of Betty’s story? She didn’t start until she was 78!

When asked what her “secret” is… how she does what she does at her age… Betty says simply,

“I think so much of it is that I’m doing things that I enjoy doing.”

I want to share Betty’s message with you because it really resonates with me. My whole life, I’ve loved fast cars. But it was only last year, at 57 years of age, that I finally had the opportunity to try car racing! And I really can’t describe how great it feels to discover a passion like this, even if it’s a bit later in life.

All this to say, no matter what leg of the journey you’re on, it’s never too late to try something new! I hope you watch Betty’s video below and take some inspiration. What gets you excited? Remember, age is just a number. Just go for it my friend!

Thank you for sharing this with us!

I started getting into fitness in my 40s, after seeing a book featuring a female body-builder on the cover, who started body-building at age 82.
At 46, I opened a gym for women and then became a trainer. My son said I was trying to stay young and I should not fight aging. I told him I was just getting and keeping fit so that I could enjoy getting old!
I’m 65 now, and so far my plan’s worked fine. And, thanks to you and AlgaeCal, my bones are fitter, too!

    Keep up the great work!

    All Best,
