My name is Claire Dant. I'm 66 years old.

And my story began a few years ago when a DEXA scan indicated that my bone density had decreased to an alarming level. So I decided I would try exercise in order to see if I could increase my bone density. I started doing CrossFit exercises three times a week. And after a couple of years, my next bone scan showed that I had forestalled any further bone loss. I was happy with that, but disappointed that I had not increased my bone density.
