    I took calcium for years and years to no avail. I still was diagnosed with osteoporosis. Once I started eating correctly, looking for high calcium foods, eliminated coffee and Diet Coke and walking everyday my scores started getting better. My hip score still doesn’t want to budge so need extra help.
