I’ve been taking AlgaeCal for 5 months after having been diagnosed with Osteopenia! I’d fallen 3 times and was afraid to trust my legs to walk down the stairs. I was living in my grandson’s room because I couldn’t walk up and down our stairs to the master bedroom. It took about a week before I was feeling strong enough to try the stairs. I recently went to my doctor for my follow up to bloodwork that was done. Where is the raising awareness for osteoporosis month page?

Hi. Ihave had Osteoporsis since 2008 whenI first found I had it. Since taking the Algae and Strontium, my lower back has not been in pain. I was told about 5 yearsago that I had a degerative disc. Doctors do not know about the bone health.

At 70 years-old I had a DEXA bone scan and was diagnosed with osteoporosis. I then decided to test AlgaeCal Plus and Strontium for one year, and did another DEXA scan. AlgaeCal Plus works! After 4 years on AlgaeCal my DexaScan showed a normal spine at 70 years old!

I am 65 years old with Osteoporosis in the lumbar part of my back, in my left hip and Osteopenia in my right hip. I still work and I think working has helped keep it from progressing fast. I am taking all information to heart in able to keep this from progressing fast. I can’t afford to spend a lot of money on different things so I try to find recipes and find out what foods that would help. Thank you for the information that you provide.

Said it before but love saying it. I went from severe osteoporosis in one year to osteopenia after the next bone scan. I have non Hodgkins lymphoma also and arthritis and knees are shot but I am still going and only have to limit some things I do because of a neck injury and pinched nerve that bothers me. Just knowing I have slowed the bone loss way down gives me hope I can continue as I am only getting better with time. I will be 80 this fall and seems like a strange number to me. Thank you Alaecal and vitamins I take to help build bone.

Great program!

This was a really comprehensive article on bone loss and ways to do the best for your bones.
It is a wonderful thing to be able to take a natural supplement like Algaecal to not only help weakened bones to slow down bone loss, but to actually see those numbers rise, to know your bones are improving.
I recently had my first dexascan after a year of using Algaecal. It was rewarding to see many of those scores remain the same, but thrilling to see some of them go higher! For me, the most gratifying part is not to have to worry about the terrible side effects that can come with using the generally prescribed medications.

I enjoy all the articles sent this way by Algaecal. I do not participate in social media so, Facebook and Instagram are not my thing. Hopefully, Facebook and Instagram will not exclude me from the draw for free Algaecal products.

I broke my right clavicle on

Thank you for your insightful information on bone loss, diet, exercise and more. I had two stints put in in 2014 and just learned that advorstatin may have contributed to pre-diabetes. I have stopped taking the statin, and am trying to eat a diet of dark greens and protein, as well as remove sugar intake, and exercise regularly. I am taking AlgaeCal Plus and Strotium Boost, after my doctor either reduced the dosage of AlgaeCal Plus or removed Strotium Boost totally from my daily vitamins during the past year. I am in my third month of taking both consistently and am hoping to get a handle on pre-diabetes as well.

My PCP left me and moved far away. The new Dr that took over says she never heard of Algae Cal and wants me to see endocrinologist to take shots. I started Algae Cal Aug of ’22. Unfortunately my Dexa was due in Sept ’22. the numbers had gotten worse. Can’t get another Dexa til Sept ’23. am praying that 13 months of Algae Cal will prove to work.

I hurt my back in November, did some therapy to strengthen my back and back to biking and working out. During that process of health checks, I discovered my osteopenia was getting worse, not better, so I signed up for the Algae Cal and have been taking it since January.
Hard to say IF it is working, until I have my next DexaScan, but from everything I read, I am hopeful it will be positive results. At the same time, I purchased new shoes with inner linner from Road Runner, enjoy a 20 min dry sauna everyday, and also enjoy Dr Livingood Greens (powder I mix with almond milk in the morning), Vit D and Collegen Protein Powder. So, it’s difficult to know which of these chnages have been the most significiant.
