The F.A.C.E. Formula for Aging With Power

Updated: August 22, 2025

Dr. Vonda Wright
An orthopedic surgeon’s radical new plan to protect your bones, your body, and your independence.

What happens when a world-class orthopedic surgeon hits menopause and suddenly feels like she’s falling apart?

If you’re Dr. Vonda Wright… you don’t panic. You don’t pop pills. You investigate.

And what she discovered is rewriting everything we thought we knew about aging, pain, mobility, and bone loss.

Because according to Dr. Wright, most women aren’t just dealing with “aging.”
They’re dealing with something she calls the Musculoskeletal Syndrome of Menopause — and it’s robbing them of their strength, confidence, and identity.

The good news? She’s created a prescription to take it all back.

It’s called The F.A.C.E. Formula. And if you’re over 40, this may be the most important video you watch all year.

Watch the full interview now — and discover why Dr. Wright believes every woman deserves to feel strong, sharp, and unbreakable.

In this exclusive interview, you’ll discover:

  • How to stay mobile, sharp, and strong into your 60s, 70s, and beyond without spending hours in the gym. The secret is a simple formula you can do at home… in just minutes a day.

  • The hormone your bones produce that sharpens your brain, strengthens your heart, and fuels your metabolism. Never heard of it? Most doctors won’t even mention it unless you ask.

  • Why “carrying a bucket in your garage” may be the best bone-building exercise you’ll ever do. Forget deadlifts. This real-world move could save your future.

  • The little-known syndrome affecting millions of women in midlife — and the one surgeon bold enough to name it. If your body feels like it’s falling apart for no reason… it’s not in your head.

  • What your bones are trying to tell you about your hormones, your blood, and your immune system. They’re not just structural supports. They’re talking to your entire body — but only if you know how to listen.

  • The real reason menopausal women feel like they’re “going crazy.” And how one orthopedic surgeon’s discovery is changing the way we think about pain, aging, and midlife strength.

  • The 3 traits that predict whether you’ll age with resilience — or unravel. Dr. Wright calls it “hardiness.” And the good news? You can train it, starting today.

  • And much more…

I found this to be very informative. I do have one question? I am 79 years old, I had Ovarian Cancer when I was 35 and took hormones for a while. At my age now, do I need to take Hormone Replacement Therapy? I take the AlgeCal Calcium, Stronium and Vitamin D.

How do you get the FACE Formula?

  11. Yoori AlgaeCal

    August 26, 2025 , 5:30 pm

Great question, Susan! The F.A.C.E. Formula is Dr. Vonda Wright’s simple way of breaking down exercise into four key parts: Flexibility, Aerobic exercise, Carrier load (strength), and Equilibrium/agility. It’s a great reminder to include all of these in your weekly routine!

I’m on my 3 month of AlageCal following a knee fracture in October of 2024 and an ankle fracture in March of 2025 with Osteoporosis and Osteopenia in my foot. I have gone from several broken bones in a walker to finally up on a crutch this week. 5 months after I fractured my ankle. I don’t think I would have made it without AlageCal.

What to do IF you have had estrogen fed breast cancer and gyn doctor will not let me continue HRT.

  15. Yoori AlgaeCal

    August 25, 2025 , 9:58 pm

Thank you so much for sharing your question, Bonnie. We’re truly sorry to hear about the challenges you’re facing — that must be very difficult. Because of your personal history with estrogen-fed breast cancer and the complexity around hormone replacement therapy, we’re not able to provide medical guidance.

The very best next step would be to discuss your options with your gynecologist or another trusted healthcare provider. They’ll be able to recommend safe alternatives tailored specifically to your situation.

In the meantime, we’re here to support you in every way we can when it comes to bone health! 🙂

Hi there. I really enjoyed this interview, and I learned a lot; however, I feel like it ended with really encouraging hormone replacement therapy. I am left feeling very anxious, because I do not plan to do that as I age, and I am actually surprised that Algaecal would show this interview that promotes that as a critical necessary way to build bone.

    Hi Jeanette,

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us. We truly value hearing your thoughts. You’re absolutely right — what works for some may not be the best path for others, and hormone replacement therapy is certainly not the only way to support bone health.

At the end of the day, it’s always best to work with a trusted medical professional to create a plan that feels right for you and your unique needs. We’re grateful you’re part of our community, and we’re always here to support you in your bone health journey in the way that works best for you. 💚
