Charmion Harris - Chapman, Kansas

Hi there, I'm Charmion and I am so happy to be a success story so far with AlgaeCal.

I've been taking it for a year because a year ago, a little bit longer, I actually had some test results that showed my lumbar spine was negative 2.0. And so for me at age 51, it was pretty obvious where this was going to lead to. I am an avid outdoors person and I love to travel and do volunteer work in countries where it's potentially dangerous at times. In addition to that, I am a yoga teacher and I work full-time. So I really was hopeful that my body would respond to the AlgaeCal. And it did, in a year's time, I went from minus 2.0 to minus 1.2 in my lumbar spine. My hip didn't change, it stayed the same. So it's stable and that's really good news in one year's time for me. My care providers said that I don't have to come back for a couple of years and are not recommending other options than what I'm doing. So very excited. I did also evaluate the other things in my life that could potentially be causing an issue with absorption. Nobody is, you know, perfect. So I still don't do everything that I'm supposed to do but I pick and chose which ones that I wanted to try. And all of it together has made a tremendous difference obviously. And then physically the difference but then mentally the relief that I feel is just beyond explanation. I also because I'm a yoga teacher looked for ways to influence my pituitary gland by certain breathing techniques and yoga techniques and I did that as well as reviewing any sort of foods in my diet that were causing me specifically inflammation. And so I have followed a mostly vegan diet since 2010. I think so, looking at all the ways and seeing how I can maintain my lifestyle while also making changes is how I approach this and so I'm so grateful to AlgaeCal and all the community in the, the Facebook posts and everything else that has made such a tremendous difference in support for me on this journey. And, yeah, thank you, thank you, thank you.
