Hi, I am 67 small boned, thin & bendy…. VERY active, I discovered I had mild bone loss when I was 62 the usual ankle test, so I upped my calcium citrate, & magnesium intake…. cal chews, dairy, did weight-bearing exercise.. in addition I am a healthy eater...
