Hi, my name is Nancy. I am 70 years old and I consider myself to be in pretty good health, but in 2018 I had a bone density test and the results were not very good. My T-score for my lumbar spine came to be a negative 2.7. And at that time, I decided that rather than taking medication, I wanted to find a more natural way to deal with my bone density loss. And that's the time when I found AlgaeCal. I went on the website, listened to several testimonies, was very impressed by the results that people were talking about. And I decided to give it a try. At the same time, I continued to go on the website and read about what is in nutrition that I should be eating in order to help with my bone density. I try to exercise 3 times a week. My next bone density test after that one, I was so pleasantly surprised to find out that my bone density improve in such a way that this score of my lumbar spine back in 2018 was negative 2.7. And in 8 of 21, it was negative 1.1, a 22% improvement in my bone density in my lumbar spine. And then my left hip was negative 2.2 improved to negative 1.6, negative 2.2 in my right hip and improved to negative 1.7, a 10% improvement. I'm just static. I am excited to share this with everybody that I know, and I will continue to use AlgaeCal.
