Doris Fundora - Miami, Florida
Hi, my name is Doris Fundora. I'm 61 years old and I live in Florida. And this is my AlgaeCal success story.
I first found out I had low bone density back in 2012. So I started exercising, eating right. And I started taking vitamin K2 which I heard was good for bone building. And then in 2016, my DEXA scan scores were even worse. This is after I thought I was doing everything right. My L spine was at a negative 2.3. My right femoral was at a negative 1.4 and my left femoral was at a negative 2.0. I kept researching about building bone and that's when I came across AlgaeCal in a Facebook ad I believe I was very impressed with the science and the studies that were done and the fact that they gave your money back guarantee but I didn't start it right away. You know, it was the cost that deterred me and the fact that I was gonna have to be taking six pills a day was too much. So I put it off for awhile and it wasn't until I started falling. And the fact that my mother who also had a low bone density had fallen and broken both of her hips and had impaired her mobility so much that I realized I needed to do something too or I was gonna end up just like her. So I finally started taking AlgaeCal in January of 2020. I didn't have a baseline, DEXA scan done. So I don't know how bad my bones were at that time. So I was nervous going into the scan that I just had in February of 2021. But I'm happy to say that I've had increases in all areas. I had a 7% increase in the spine, I'm now at a negative 1.7, a 2% increase of the left hip, which is now at a negative 1.8 and a 5% increase of the right hip, which sat a negative 1.1. And I couldn't be happier. And also the, this group that I've joined since I've started AlgaeCal projects it's been a world of information for me and such a tremendous support. So anybody who is hesitating to start this program do the cost or inconvenience. My advice to you is do yourself a favour. Think of your health as an investment in your future. If you want to have a good quality of life you have to have good health. And isn't that what we all want in our advanced age? Thank you for listening to my story. And I wish everybody success in their bone health journey. Thank you.
