Deborah Stapley - San Juan Capistrano, California

Hello, my name is Debbie Stapley. I am 58 and had my first DEXA scan in January of 2016.

At that time, my T-score on my AP spine was negative 1.9. In 2018, I did have another DEXA scan, and the T-score on my AP spine went from negative 1.9 to negative 2.3. So it did not improve, and I was quite disappointed, to say the least. But I didn't know what else to do, and I just continued to take those same things. About a year later, in 2019, I saw an ad for AlgaeCal Plus and Strontium Boost online, and I thought to myself, yeah, what else? What do I have to lose? Right, I had a little more than a year to go before I was due for my third DEXA scan, and I thought, you know, I think I'm going to give it a try. I read all about it, I watched the reviews. It seemed to make sense to me, and so I decided I would commit to taking both the Strontium Boost and the AlgaeCal Plus until my next DEXA scan. And if things didn't improve by that time, I could just discontinue it. Well, a couple of months ago, I had my third DEXA scan. My AP spine number went from -2.3 to -1.7. My total hip on the left side, went from -2.3 to -2.0, and my femoral neck on the left, went from -2.7 to -2.6. And I know that one wasn't a big improvement, but I was still thrilled because my numbers did not get worse like they did from the first scan to the second. One of my indicators is now the same as it was four years ago, and the other two are now better than they were four years ago.

So am I happy with AlgaeCal Plus and Strontium Boost? Yes. Am I going to take them for the rest of my life? Yes, yes I am, and I recommend that you give them a try too.
