Hi, everyone. My name is Diana Bezold. I'm 65 years old.
In May 2019, I had a bone density test. My spine had deteriorated to a T-score of minus 4.2. I was advised to start on one of the daily injections and was told not to lift anything and do not jump, do not jog and do not run. And I found AlgaeCal. I started taking AlgaeCal and Strontium Boost in January of 2020. And about six months ago, I added in the Triple Power. And I started walking usually every day. Now I'm walking about three miles a day. So a year later, I just had another bone density test. And my T-score on my spine, which had been minus 4.2, is now minus 3.5. Just incredible improvement for me. I'm very pleased with these results, and I actually feel stronger.
