Ingredients
  

  • 1-3 lb Salmon Fillet deboned
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp fresh basil chopped
  • 3 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 F.
  • Combine sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, and salt in a bowl.
  • Brush a tablespoon of olive oil on a baking sheet and place salmon fillet skin down.
  • Spread the sun-dried tomatoes mixture over the fillet.
  • Roast for 20-25 minutes.
